Poinciana

Poinciana is a magnificent two-bedroom Great House Villa with incredible Tryall Golf Course and Caribbean Sea views. This opulent haven is ideal for leisure and enjoyment, including a private plunge pool nestled into a peaceful nook of its spacious terrace.

Adjacent to the elegant Georgian Great House of the 18th century, Poinciana is situated on the picturesque hilltop of the Tryall Club. Blending modern colonial elegance with contemporary comfort, Poinciana is thoughtfully designed on a single level for effortless living. The master suite features a king-size bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower, and French doors leading to the terrace and plunge pool. The guest bedroom has a patio with breathtaking views of the sea, two full-size beds, and its own private bathroom.

The villa’s fully furnished kitchen makes dinner preparation a breeze, and the great room offers a chic indoor dining and lounging area. The large terrace is ideal for relaxing in the plunge pool, dining al fresco, or sunbathing.
