This expansive 14,000-square-foot villa features a spectacular 50-foot infinity pool surrounded by four acres of lush, manicured gardens on Barnes Hill. Built-in a modern, open-concept style, the villa’s design and finishes are nothing short of exceptional.

The main house offers three bedrooms, while each of the two guest cottages has two bedrooms. Both master suites feature king-size beds, offering a private plunge pool and a luxurious soaking tub with unobstructed ocean views. Every guest bedroom boasts a private en-suite bathroom, with five en-suites opening to outdoor showers for an invigorating, natural experience. Depending on your needs, four bedrooms can be configured with queen beds or two doubles.

Breathtaking views of rolling fairways and the brilliant blue ocean are visible from every corner of the spacious living areas.
Enjoy a pool table, a state-of-the-art media center, a 70” HD flat-screen TV, and a recently installed putting green for family fun. Up to 14 guests can dine indoors or outdoors on the breezy terrace, enjoying spectacular sunsets and world-class meals prepared by your private chef.

Note: During the summer season, both master suites are available when renting 5 or more bedrooms; during the winter season, they’re available only when renting 6 or 7 bedrooms.

All villa rates are subject to a 7.5% (non-refundable) Administration Fee and a 10% Government Tax (increasing to 15% for stays from April 1st, 2027).

The Club requires all villa rental guests to have a temporary membership for their stay. Rates, inclusive of tax and service charge, are:

Adults (17 years and older): $45 per day

Teenagers (13 – 16 years): $25 per day

Children (12 and younger): Complimentary

Exclusions: Food and beverage costs are not included in the villa rate.
Shopping List: Guests will collaborate with their villa team to prepare a shopping list before arrival or upon check-in.
Billing: All food and beverage charges will be added to your final bill.
Estimated Costs: As a guideline, please budget approximately US$75 per person per day for in-villa food.
Dining Options: Guests also have the option to dine at one of the resort’s restaurants.
Guest Charges Agreement Form (sent to you from Guest Services prior to arrival)
Completion Required: You must complete the Guest Charges Agreement Form, providing the names of all guests for whom you will be covering charges during your stay.
Credit Card Authorization: A physical copy of your credit card will be required upon check-in for a pre-authorization of US$150 per person per day.

Golf Cart Rental: If a golf cart is not included in your villa rate, it can be rented for US$45 per day, plus 30% taxes, totalling US$58.50 per day.
Highchairs, Cribs, and Rollaway Beds: These items can be rented for US$11 per day each.

You can request a cash advance against your credit card at the Front Office.
Notice Required: A one-day advance notice is necessary, with a maximum advance of US$200 per couple per day.
A 7.5% surcharge will apply.

A minimum booking of 3 hours is required for nanny services. If care is needed for 3 or more children, an additional nanny is required.

If a nanny stays between 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., an additional US$50 per night will apply.

Nannies must be compensated for transportation: US$10 after 10:00 p.m., US$20 after midnight.

After 10:00 p.m., nannies must be paid for at least 3 hours, even if they work fewer hours.

Rates for nanny services are doubled on public holidays.
