Hanover Grange is a stunning private villa that has hosted celebrities, politicians, and business leaders. Its spacious layout makes it ideal for larger groups and families who are after a blend of luxury, privacy, and room to unwind.

The villa’s “Long Gallery” shows off a curated collection of Jamaican art. It features works by masters like Barrington Watson and Albert Huie alongside contemporary artists. Every detail, from striking architecture to a custom Ralph Lauren pillow menu, is designed for relaxation.

Seamlessly blending modern design with Jamaican influences, the villa boasts crisp, minimalist lines, marble and mahogany flooring, and breathtaking views. The main house has six bedrooms, including a lavish primary suite with a private den. Four guest rooms feature king beds, while one has two queens. Each en suite bathroom is finished in fine marble, with walk-in showers, soaking tubs, and state-of-the-art fixtures. Five bedrooms open onto private terraces with stunning vistas.

Designed by Jamaican-born homeowner Theresa Roberts and her husband Andrew, Hanover Grange reflects her deep love for Jamaica and the arts. Sculptures by international artist David Begbie complement the home’s contemporary aesthetic.

Dine indoors in the grand dining room, outdoors under the stars, or in the charming gazebo with spectacular views. A heated infinity pool completes the experience.

Tips can be paid in cash to the villa manager upon departure to distribute amongst the villa team, or you may place the amount on your Front Office account. When charged to your account this attracts a 3.5% surcharge charge.

A short golf cart ride to the luxury spa, beach, beach club, watersports facility, beach grill, championship golf course, boutique, tour attractions desk, the Great House restaurant, gym, reception, commissary, games room, library, tennis courts, pickleball, kids club, and nanny service, and environment office.

All villa rates are subject to a 7.5% (non-refundable) Administration Fee and a 10% Government Tax (increasing to 15% for stays from April 1st, 2027).

The Club requires all villa rental guests to have a temporary membership for their stay. Rates, inclusive of tax and service charge, are:

Adults (17 years and older): $45 per day

Teenagers (13 – 16 years): $25 per day

Children (12 and younger): Complimentary

Exclusions: Food and beverage costs are not included in the villa rate.
Shopping List: Guests will collaborate with their villa team to prepare a shopping list before arrival or upon check-in.
Billing: All food and beverage charges will be added to your final bill.
Estimated Costs: As a guideline, please budget approximately US$75 per person per day for in-villa food.
Dining Options: Guests also have the option to dine at one of the resort’s restaurants.
Guest Charges Agreement Form (sent to you from Guest Services prior to arrival)
Completion Required: You must complete the Guest Charges Agreement Form, providing the names of all guests for whom you will be covering charges during your stay.
Credit Card Authorization: A physical copy of your credit card will be required upon check-in for a pre-authorization of US$150 per person per day.

Golf Cart Rental: If a golf cart is not included in your villa rate, it can be rented for US$45 per day, plus 30% taxes, totalling US$58.50 per day.
Highchairs, Cribs, and Rollaway Beds: These items can be rented for US$11 per day each.

If you need extra cash while on the property:

You can request a cash advance against your credit card at the Front Office.
Notice Required: A one-day advance notice is necessary, with a maximum advance of US$200 per couple per day.
A 7.5% surcharge will apply.

A minimum booking of 3 hours is required for nanny services. If care is needed for 3 or more children, an additional nanny is required.

If a nanny stays between 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., an additional US$50 per night will apply.

Nannies must be compensated for transportation: US$10 after 10:00 p.m., US$20 after midnight.

After 10:00 p.m., nannies must be paid for at least 3 hours, even if they work fewer hours.

Rates for nanny services are doubled on public holidays.
