Our Commitment and Assurance
The safety of our guests and staff is paramount and the Tryall Club Commitment and Assurance Policy comprises of measures to ensure a safe and clean environment for all.
Cleaning has been intensified in frequency covering all Club public spaces and facilities as well as the Villas. Club and Villa staff has undergone intensified training to the standards required by the Ministry of Health and Wellness.
Hand sanitizer dispensers have been placed throughout the Club.
All Club and Villa staff will wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when applicable and all staff will self-monitor taking their temperature daily before work. If their temperature should be over 100.4F/ 38C, the employee will not report for work and will be assisted to attend a COVID testing location. Face masks, shields, gloves and disinfected uniforms will be worn in all areas of public contact by the staff as necessary. Where required, guests will be asked to wear face masks.
Social distancing practices apply throughout the Club. A distance of 6 feet between each person, guest as well as staff applies. Appropriate markers have been affixed to the floors of areas such as restaurants, bars, front desk, pools, gym, retail outlets, beaches, Kid’s Club, tour desk and water sports. These markers indicate where persons must wait for a service or facility.
Dining venues have been adapted to conform to social distancing requirements. Menus are a la carte and not buffet and until further notice we have suspended our weekly Manager’s Cocktails.
The Club and Villa staff is well trained to handle a medical emergency. There is a well-honed procedure in place that is followed should such an occurrence arise. The Club has an on-site Nurse available from 8.00 am until 5.00 pm with an extension to 11.00 pm during the peak season. The Club also has an on-site ambulance service through Emed from 8.00 am until 5.00 pm. After hours there is a response time of less than 10 minutes. Appropriate enhanced signage has been placed across the Club emphasizing necessary protocols.
