Villa Pricing:
The rates quoted for each villa are subject to a 10% Government Tax and a 5% Administration Fee.
In addition to the weekly rental cost, the new Temporary Club Membership Dues will apply.
For ages 16 years and older:
5 – 7 days: $160 + 15% tax
1 – 4 days: $32 + 15% tax per day
13 – 15 years pay at 50%
Ages 12 years and younger are complimentary
Villa Policy:
Your specific villa will be confirmed by a member of The Tryall Club Team within 48 hours of making your booking. Should your first choice not be available we will assist in selecting another villa.
Please note that The Overlook Villa rates are Non-commissionable
Deposit Policy:
Tryall confirms reservations upon receipt of a 25% deposit.
During the Summer Season, the balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
During the Winter Season, the balance is payable 60 days prior to arrival.
Summer Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations over 30 days prior to arrival are 100% refundable.
Cancellations between 7 and 30 days prior to arrival will result in a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
Winter Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations over 60 days prior to arrival are 100% refundable.
Cancellations between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
Christmas and New Years Day:
Cancellations are required prior to October 1st for a full refund.
Last Minute Bookings:
Payment for bookings made less that 14 days prior to arrival must be paid in full by credit card.
Trip Insurance:
The Tryall Club recommends all guests invest in insurance against the possibility of cancellation.
Dolphin Cove and Chukka Blue Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 24 hours (1 day) or less no refund.
Cancellations made 48 hours (2 days) or less a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellations made 96 (3 days) hours or less a 25% cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellations made more than 96 (3 days) hours a full refund.
Dolphin Cove and Chukka Blue Rescheduling Policy:
Rescheduling made 24 hours (1 day) or less no refund.
Rescheduling made 48 hours (2 days) or less a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
Rescheduling made 96 hours (3 days) or less a 25% cancellation fee will be charged.
Rescheduling made more than 96 hours (3 days) a full refund.
Use of Drones and Unmanned Aerial Systems:
The enjoyment, safety, and privacy of Tryall Club’s homeowners, their families, guests and all Tryall staff is of primary concern to the Club. The unauthorized use of unmanned aerial systems, including, but not limited to drones, is prohibited anywhere on the entire Tryall property, including the individual villa properties and grounds. This prohibition applies to all unmanned systems, whether or not there is an on-board camera or surveillance capability.
Pets:
No pets are permitted
