Relax with your family on Tryall’s white-sand beach and rest assured, there’s plenty to keep the children busy.Build sand castles, borrow snorkel, mask and fins from the beach hut and look for fish. Swim or walk—the water’s shallow—to our water trampoline. Soak up sun or enjoy the ocean breezes under our thatch umbrellas. Use one of our sailboats to catch the tradewinds for unsurpassed views of Tryall and an exciting ride along the north coast. Our beach staff will provide you with cushions and towels and are ready to assist with waterfront activities. Showers and bathrooms are nearby along with our beach café, so it’s easy to make a leisurely day of it. Beyond the café is Tryall’s quiet beach, with chaise lounges and a hammock strung between almond trees. Here guests can wade/swim to the reef or just enjoy a more secluded spot to read, snooze or listen to the Caribbean Sea lap the beach. If more activity is your thing at the beach, we offer a volleyball net and sand court. Also by the beach is a beautifully maintained croquet court; it’s fun for a family game or for an end-of-day croquet match with friends and cocktails. And for the shopper in you, our beach marketplace sells handmade baskets—perfect for bringing your books and belongings to the beach. You will also find local art, wood carvings and jewelry here. |
